As indicated, this option gives you 130lbs of pork portioned accordingly. A great choice for folks wanting to stock their deep freezer and avoid the hustle of the grocery store while providing nutritious and regeneratively raised meat for the whole family. Your package will include the below items in approximation with an extra sausage flavor or surprise cut from what is listed!

·      12-14lbs Bacon

·      4-6lb Spare Ribs

·      26lbs Pork Chops

·      8-10lbs Picnic Shoulder Roasts

·      15lbs of Ham Roasts (2-3lbs each) or you have the option to have them ground or sliced into ham steaks

·      8-10 lbs Boston Butt Roasts

·      25-30lbs bulk ground sausage

·      10-15lbs griller sausages

·      8-10lbs Stewing Hocks

Whole Hams are available by request & pre-order ONLY. Smoking is available at an additional rate.

 Because of what the processor we use offers and certain USDA regulations,  our cured and smoked bacon contains nitrates. If you are interested in a "nitrate free" option and you PRE-ORDER, you can request "pork belly" instead. This would give you the cut you need to cure and smoke your own bacon (highly recommended!)! OR simply use it for roasting, bbq etc...  You can also request “sliced pork belly” which is basically bacon, just not cured, just add some spices and fry! Anyway you have it, it is delicious!

The sausage flavors are Breakfast, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian and Chorizo.  The Whole Hog will come with up to a combination of all three- half in links and half in bulk/loose. We may be able to switch out more or less of certain types if desired or replace with plain ground if desired & pre-ordered. More sausage can be in links for an additional fee. 

Items below are also included if requested (strongly suggested!). The uses of these items range from fine delicacy to hearty stews and even dog food for which your canine will be very grateful.

All weights are approximate. This means you may have a pound or two more or less than what is listed. Our pigs are dynamic beings and so we do our best to stick to the weights listed, but leave room for the diversity each pig brings to the table totaling 130lbs.

 

You can place a deposit of $400 to secure your package, the remaining balance of $425 plus sales tax we be due upon delivery or pick up.

Once ordered, we will contact you about pick-up and delivery options including the date your product will be available.

We are offering our hogs in set weight packages. We believe this to be easier and more straightforward for the customer. We find that the purchase of a whole animal not knowing how much it will weigh in addition to filling out a butcher sheet can be overwhelming for a customer.   We may mix and match cuts from different hogs to make package weights come out even.

For the true pork connoisseur, fluent in the butchering process (or eager to learn), we can sell a whole hog based on hanging weight and you fill out your own butcher sheet. Just let us know ahead of time! All of our meat is processed at a local USDA inspected facility.

 

Please keep in mind when viewing our prices that they are for a complete package that includes all processing fees except for sales tax

 

**If ordered in advance, certain substitutions can be made on the whole and half hog packages only. Roasts can be swapped for more ground sausage and griller sausages can be added for an additional fee (either swapped from loose sausage or roasts).
